Yojoa, a remarkable blend from the high-altitude regions of Santa Barbara is meticulously processed at the San Vicente mill in Honduras. This coffee presents a luxurious, syrupy body with vibrant notes of currant, raspberry, red grape, and a deep chocolate truffle sweetness. It is of the Catuai and Pacas variety, grown between 1450-1700 meters.
